Business cards do work- Well over 12 years ago I installed new doors for a home in Hillside (VIC)
So, a few months back, I got a call from the neighboring homeowner living on that street who still had my card.
They were looking to replace all the doors in their house and thought of reaching out to me for the job .
So we got everything set up for the installation, but I asked if we could wait until I come down for Christmas break.

Lovely family and l really enjoyed working back in Melbourne again .
Ten years on the gold coast maybe is long enough.

Due to the Covid surprise , have been down in Victoria since before Easter.
Had promised myself I would take this time to rebuild the website.. Its a big job that's taking too long.
Spent the last week or so helping a mate fix up his Reservoir house for pending sale soon. Maybe - hes been saying that for 20 years..lol
Huge backyard ,75 mtr deep block . I could so fill that yard up with sheds full of secondhand doors.
Been real surreal working in Reservoir, walking to the shops,seeing the changes as Reservoir was my home suburb for 25 years.
Hopefully will get a new website up soon.

These biscuit have had a big journey . Made by the famous biscuit factory in Kerang Victoria. Custom boxed for Zanda Door Furniture Company in Perth Arrived on the Gold Coast as an order placed gift with some Custom door handles for Door City Gold Coast who I sub contract too. The Boss doesn't like Shortbread ,but I do. My Scottish grandmother made the best shortbread ever but theses guys are not too bad. So then the biscuits ended up in my suitcase for a flight to Melbourne then a road trip back to my house in Pyramid Hill. only 90 kms away from Kerang. Nearly a full circle.

Merry Christmas Mother...……... lets eat.

Cutting out a few different clients door frames .. stacked them up and noticed the names.... lol..

Partial rebuild of pergola ,replace damaged timber and re sheet with colorbond cladding.

Driving around Doreen today ,revisited a house I built in 2007. Looks good .

Changing the entry . New 1200 door replaces the old 820 central door
