To all my lovely friends & customers that have supported my business over the last 10 years. Some of you already know, but following a complaint from a nasty neighbour, I have had to apply to the Council for a licence to run the business, particularly the cattery & cat rescue side. A town planner has been organising my application for the last 6 months, including traffic & noise impact reports, and Council have now issued a "proposed development" notification, where the public can have their say on my application.
Many of you have already supplied me with letters of support to give the Council, but the more Council receive in support of my application, the better.🙂So I would appreciate all the support I can get.
the following is from my Town Planner if you would like to support me.
"Any letters of support need to note the special nature of your offering, compared with other options, ie to demonstrate that you provide a genuine need for this service; their perception of how you look after and control the animals (so that Council can be comfortable that you will abide by any conditions of approval and keep the cattery activities under control) and, if provided by neighbours, any comments they may have about their awareness of your operations, ie increased traffic, noise, smells etc."
