Goulburn Powder Coating

The final stage is the powder coat finish.
The trailer was finished in Aztec silver and the rims were done in gloss black and chrome pearl.
The trailer is gone looking like it was at the end of its life to brand-new.

Stage three sandblast and zinc prime: here we sandblast all the steel work to remove any impurities like old paint or corrosion leaving clean steel with a porous surface.
After blowing down all the steel work to ensure it’s clean we then coat the steel work in a zinc primer. This is a corrosion protection for long lasting finish.

The whole trailer is pulled apart running you taken off wire and electrics pulled out and the rubber off the rims.
Now off to the sandblast!
