🔨 CABINET MAKER – ALL ROUNDER WANTED

We’re looking for a fully qualified Cabinet Maker to join our team as an all-rounder based in Bagdad. Bagdad is approx 45 minutes from the Hobart CBD

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and is happy getting involved in all aspects of the job — from manufacturing joinery in the factory to deliveries and some onsite installs.

Our workshop is clean, organised, and equipped with state-of-the-art European machinery, creating a great environment to produce high-quality work.

About the role:

• Manufacturing joinery in our Bagdad factory
• Assisting with deliveries to site
• Installing cabinetry and joinery when required
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship
• Supporting the team across different parts of the job

What we’re looking for:

• Fully qualified Cabinet Maker
• Someone who enjoys a varied role and getting stuck in
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
• A positive attitude and good team energy

🔨 WORKSHOP MANAGER WANTED

Are you a qualified Cabinet Maker ready to step into a leadership role,
or
an experienced Workshop Manager looking for your next challenge or a change?

The Workshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our joinery workshop.

Our workshop is clean, organised, and equipped with state-of-the-art European machinery, providing an excellent environment to produce high-quality work.

You’ll have the ability to identify where improvements can be made and will be supported in implementing new ideas. We are always evolving, we are not a "stuck in our ways" kind of place.

What we’re looking for:

• An eye for detail and the ability to notice things others might miss
• A natural problem solver who can improve workflow and efficiency
• Someone who can bring people together and lead the Team
• A positive leader who encourages others and keeps the workshop vibes good
• Strong organisational and communication skills
