Been doing a lot of pre-harvest header inspections lately. Most of the time the headers are sort of clean, but today I was really happy doing a inspection on a Case 7240 with about 2200hrs on it. The header was pretty clean which as a header mechanic you want so it's easier to find problems, it makes a s**t job a little bit more enjoyable. Then I came to inspect the radiator area, unbelievably clean, you know when a farmer/operator takes a lot of pride in his equipment but I guess when it cost over 1 million to buy these days, it pays to look after it.

Busy in the workshop and on sight getting headers ready for harvest. Engine removed for normal cummins oil leaks. Flagship for diff repairs and general service, notice top sprocket hadn't been aligned correctly, rectified using our lazer alignment tool.

James and Gary gaining valuable insights at the Sinopec Lubrication Conference, hosted by Rafe Britton – the Lubrication Expert. 🛢️

Diagnosing a power beyond hydraulic fault on a customer's sechand case magnum that he purchased, found the pilot relief valve had been damaged, made temporary repairs until the parts will arrive, so he can now spread urea.
