For MVR Phone Accessories, we created a clear and consistent packaging system across their phone accessories range.

Colour coding helps customers quickly identify different products, while strong branding and simple information make each pack easy to navigate at shelf.

Brunox Australia came to us looking to refresh its packaging and create a stronger, more consistent presence across the range.

The redesign focused on clearer product communication, stronger brand recognition and a more cohesive visual system across the different products.
The result is packaging that feels more contemporary, more distinctive and easier to navigate at shelf.

Because a packaging redesign isn't just about making something look better. It's about making the brand work harder.

Built tough, designed to impress. 💪

Mela Creative developed premium custom packaging for Aluminium Recovery Hitch and Recovery Ring, with the client wanting an premium iPhone-style box opening experience. We combined bespoke structural design with precision-fit inserts to deliver a premium unboxing experience that reflects the quality of the products inside.

Because great packaging is about more than protection, it’s about the experience.

Good packaging doesn't just look good. It has a job to do.

It needs to grab attention, communicate the product quickly, stand out against competitors and make the buying decision easier.

And that's before you consider things like print finishes, materials, production costs, pack sizes and how the packaging will actually look on shelf.

For us, packaging design is where creative thinking meets practical experience.

We've been designing packaging for food, hardware, health and retail brands for more than 30 years.

Because the best packaging isn't just designed to be noticed. It's designed to work.

Great packaging design doesn’t start with a blank artboard.

It starts with strategy.

Before we choose the colours, fonts and imagery, we need to understand:

→ Who is the product for?
→ What makes it different?
→ Who are we competing against?
→ Where will it be seen?
→ What does the consumer need to understand — fast?
→ How will it work across the whole pack?
→ How will it actually be produced?

Because packaging has a job to do.

It needs to stand out, communicate, build trust and make someone want to pick it up.

And a beautiful design that doesn’t work on shelf, in print or within the wider brand isn’t doing its job.

Great design doesn’t start with what looks good.
It starts with what needs to work.
