Do you support a loved one or family member who needs extra care? Or are you one of the amazing parents or staff who support our participants and supported employees every day, or are you a carer in our community? We’d love to give you the opportunity to take a well-deserved break. 💙
Through the Support for Carers Program, we are offering a complimentary 2-night stay at Shorter House in Traralgon — a peaceful, fully accessible home designed for relaxation and a chance to recharge.
🏡 Shorter House includes:
• Three comfortable bedrooms
• A relaxing lounge area
• Dining room and fully equipped kitchen
• Two bathrooms, including a fully accessible bathroom with a tilt shower chair
• Adjustable bed for extra comfort
✨ Your stay also includes:
• $200 voucher per day to use at the Butter Factory (can also be used for cinema or bowling)
• A delicious breakfast hamper with hot and cold options
• A relaxing massage at Endota Spa

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to lead and support our Programs in Traralgon. This role is ideal for a confident team leader within the Disability sector who is passionate about guiding, mentoring and upskilling staff.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience supporting disability support workers to understand and implement behaviour support plans, contribute to program development and drive positive outcomes aligned with participants goals.
In this role you will provide hands on leadership, coach and development team capacity, and work directly alongside people with disability to build independence, confidence and meaningful outcomes.
Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills are desired, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with participants, families, carers, and Allied Health professionals.

Located in Traralgon, Shorter House is our short-term accommodation service for people with disability.
We are proud to have created a calm, welcoming space to learn, rest and reset, which includes 1:1 carer support.
This accommodation is ideal for building independent living skills in a supported setting. For many visitors, staying at Shorter House is their first step towards long-term independence.
This is available to individuals with Short Term Respite funding included in their NDIS plan, who also meet the additional eligibility criteria.

On Wednesday 31 January, our Frankston site proudly welcomed 2026 with a Great Gatsby themed celebration that promoted connection, inclusion and meaningful participation for everyone involved.
A range of inclusive games and activities were available throughout the day encouraging social interaction, fun and participation at each individual’s comfort level. Events like these support our commitment to enhancing social and community participation, building relationships and creating positive shared experiences in line with the NDIS Practice Standards
