The Better Approvals Project at Banyule City Council is a wrap. 6 weeks of focus on improving the small business experience in the permit approvals process is set to support better ways of working not just with business owner but also the teams. We are proud of their courageous conversation and empathy in the design process while keeping focus on ‘progress not perfection’.

Wrapping up 6 weeks of reengineering the service experience for small businesses in the City of Yarra. A remarkable contribution from a positive and focused team as well as the opportunity to work in this grand old space!

Knowing the impact of play on improved problem solving with our work with LEGO Serious Play, it is great to add more to the toolkit to diversify the approaches.
