Caulfield South project finished this week, working for a new builder who approached us on our reputation and was keen for us to deliver. Came away with the results requested, with simple and easy communication between the both of us.
Partial demolition, full clear of build line of concrete, rubble etc. then levelled and cut ready for the next trades.

One of our projects finished last week, an absolute Hawthorn gem being reintroduced to its glory days.
We were contacted initially in the planning phases to make sure we would recognise the heritage features and to make sure we could respect this grand house.
After much consideration we were chosen on our expertise and processes to ensure we would treat the materials being removed were either recycled or as in our normal MO were salvaged to be repurposed again to live on in other projects. Another great result from our professional team.

Another job we completed today in Fitzroy North.
A small job with big difficulties, super tight with monster footings that, I hadn’t accounted for.
The team took it in stride, knuckled down with small machinery and finished the job as required.
Another clean slate ready for an amazing build.

One of our specials completed today for , removed the majority of the house to the front facade leaving the parti wall and stand alone wall to front room.
Worked our way into the property from the rear laneway, with careful and precise practices. Another job finished with clear communication from our team, ready for the BFC team to create another amazing home.

Full strip out of the ground floor kitchen, living, meals and dining areas. Strip and salvaged the decks from the alfresco and back patio. Demolished shed and carport and cleared the site of all paving including pool surrounds. The site was left immaculate, winters here and we are going to power through, stay tuned for some amazing demo’s we have in the pipeline.

Job finished this week for , another one of our specials with a knock off at the back, strip the existing house to stud and subfloor, salvaged as much as we could, recycled what we couldn’t and left a small imprint on landfill resources.
All down a super tight access shared driveway, came away with another great result.

Another one of our jobs finished on Friday for .pbc in Footscray, another super tight laneway, took apart the back half of the house, cleared the overgrowth and flattened the site, another happy client and builder, to add to our expanding completed jobs list up until May, the team is working through each project with precision and it’s showing in the results we’re achieving

Project complete for , one of specials on our home turf in Yarraville, deconstructed the back 3rd of the house, recycled all plaster board, salvaged all the framework and timber flooring and the boys smashed it out in two days.. solid effort for one of the areas favourite builders.

Another one of our specials finished off last week, tight access, with dog legs through the rear laneway, worked our way through an overgrown tiny back yard to dismantle this St. Kilda cottage, ready for a new lease on life.
