New dog pen area under an existing deck for a client in wandin. Also fixed a gate latch while i was there. Was nice to have some furry company for the day!

Flashings repaired/replaced in mt evelyn. More simplified design than a gutter that can catch leaves and rot out.

Floors repaired in emerald last week for matt from hardcore floors. Wont even know the oards were replaced once hes worked his magic.

Laundry and kitchen renovations in progress in croydon hills over the last couple of weeks. The floor was a test as the slate was direct stick to chipboard. Cement sheet underlay is always required when tiling, especially in wet areas where waterproofing is also required.
This is because the chipboard expands and contracts with moisture in the air cracking the grout lines in your tiles or slate.

Bathroom renovation completed in millgrove in February.
This existing bathroom had alot of nice surprises behind the walls. The plumbing was suspect to say the least. The client is in love with her new bathroom! 😍

From start to finish. Bathroom and walk in robe that was completed in kilsyth just before xmas 24.
The mitred corners on the neiche and end nib wall just look so much nicer than trims and with minimal extra effort and cost to client.

Floor repair for matt at hardcore floors.
Hard to get colours right with 50yr old houses and reclaimed timber but the finish is alot better than a concrete hearth in your loungeroom.

Small deck area for my original apprenticeship boss beside an existing exposed ag slab. Cleaned up the area nicely. Client to put some kind of screening between posts.
Decks need a couple of weeks and a few hosedowns or rain to wash the natural tannins out of the timber before washing/scrubbing then oiling.

Shower room renewal in bulleen a few weeks back.
Previous contractor had used mdf behind plaster and not waterproofed properly.
The mdf got wet and blew all the tiles off the wall. Alot of fungus and black mould was killed before reinstating new plaster, waterproof and tiles.
Hopefully this will last a few more than 5 yrs!
