Each factory runs its own product.

This one is mostly doors for the caravan industry and flat pack for cabinet makers. Across at 13A and 1A, it's all furniture, carcasses and doors for the caravan manufacturers.

Four CNCs across the two sites, and we move between machines as the workload shifts.

In most cases, work with what you've got, replace the doors before the whole carcass, and tackle it one section at a time if you can.

Don't be stingy with the sealant.

The extra five minutes to do it properly is worth it, and the water trick before you lay it down makes cleanup a lot easier.

It's one of the most common questions we get and honestly, there's no straight answer.

A single door replacement and a full interior renovation are completely different jobs, and the budget follows accordingly. Best thing to do is get clear on the scope first, then we can work backwards from there.

Try getting one cabinet door replaced on a caravan. It's harder than it should be.

Most suppliers aren't interested. The job is too small, the margin isn't there, and you end up getting redirected or quoted for a full interior replacement when all you needed was one door fixed.

Yes, you don't need to be a tradesperson to put flat pack together. As long as you're comfortable with basic hand tools, it's a matter of sorting it into cabinet lots and working through it piece by piece.

This is the point where a lot of van conversions stall. Not the floors, not the electrics, the cabinetry.

Standard flat pack is sized and built for a house that isn't going anywhere. Try to use it in a vehicle that vibrates, flexes, and sits through forty degree days, and you'll find out pretty quickly why it wasn't designed for that.

Cutting everything down yourself without the right machinery usually means a week of work and a result you're not actually happy with. Joints that don't hold, panels that aren't suited to the conditions, measurements that are close but not exact.
