More than $86,000 per square metre.

Direct beach access, limited supply and approximately $375,000 in reported gross annual letting income helped drive the result.

It last sold for $3.625 million in 2019.

4,190 PLANTS.
ONE NEW HABITAT.

Stockland has approval to relocate 4,190 salt couch plugs to help establish a new marine plant area at Twin Waters West.

The project must restore at least 2,360sqm of marine habitat, including approximately 1,575sqm of saltmarsh and 785sqm of mangroves.

The donor areas will be restored and monitored, with natural recovery expected over three to five years.
It’s an important reminder that new housing and environmental responsibility must progress together.
