Before: a mid-century piece nobody else wanted to touch.

After: back in a home doing exactly what it was built to do sixty-odd years ago.

That’s the part of restoration nobody sees in the “after” photo - the hours spent deciding what to save, what to rebuild, and what to leave exactly as time left it.

Vince doesn’t restore a piece to look new. He restores it to look like itself, just working properly again.

You just can’t beat hand made - even the hand made that’s sixty years old and needed someone who actually knew what they were looking at.

Fair enough - most people do. Six sketches, three Pinterest boards, and a lot of “maybe like this, but not really.” We just nod, take it all in, and go measure the room.

Comes back finished. “How did you know?” Twenty-eight years of trade, that’s how. You start listening past what people say and hear what they actually mean.

This is why we measure twice, build once, and never trust “standard.” 😅

No two homes are the same - even ones built from the same plans. Walls move, floors settle, pipes and power points end up wherever the original builder found it easiest. It’s why we never just take a “standard size” and run with it.

Vince comes out, measures the actual space - not the one on paper - and we build to that. Every panel, every join, every drawer is made to fit your walls, not an average.

It’s also why hand-made beats off-the-shelf every time. A flat-pack unit is built for a space that doesn’t exist.

Ours is built for yours - gaps closed, corners square, nothing left to force into place on install day. That’s 28 years of trade telling us: measure again, and again, before a single cut is made.

Before anything reaches site, it’s built, assembled and checked in our workshop.

Every piece of cabinetry goes through a full pre-install assembly to make sure everything aligns exactly as it should. Doors sit flush. Lines run clean. Hardware functions perfectly. No surprises on install day.

It’s where we catch the details others miss, and where quality is locked in before it ever enters your home.

Because once it’s on site, it should fit seamlessly. Not be figured out on the spot.
