Half of the job is fixing the distortion when welding!

Got this one back under control but still spooky when you finish welding and it’s rocking on the table!! 😅😅

Did this one a lil while ago! Two corner pieces for this sick cladding job. Probably the most intricate job I have got my handed dirty on. No surfaces was parallel and to top it off a rounded front! Luckily I was only welding it as the part were pre cut. But making sure the angles where where they were meant to be was another thing!! Finished shots looking good though🤙🏻🤙🏻

Part 2 - PROLINE SIGN&

Continuing, I then fitted the back board and tested the white LEDs, picked up the main piece, back board and numerous letters with little bits from powder coating (another amazing job!!!). Then glued the laser crystal clear acrylic from
, then glued the colour divider in to seperate the white. Then fitted the LEDS and it was time for delivery!

I think it came up a treat!

Part 1 - PROLINE SIGN

From concept to test piece laser cut out, picking out LEDs, to final piece in stainless steel, to a thousand clamping positions to avoid weld distortion and some of the tightest welding I’ve done at less than a millimeter of the surface to get some cool Dimes seen in the later pics.
