Perspective is key 🔑
We can only back what we’ve actually seen. When you train or complete an assessment with us, we get the opportunity to see how you operate. We see your capabilities. Your confidence. Your attitude. And the areas you may still need to work on. That’s why our support can go beyond the course itself, with resume help, one-to-one career guidance and referrals where appropriate. But if we’ve never trained or assessed you, we can’t genuinely speak about your ability as an operator. And we’re not going to pretend that we can. If we’re going to put our name behind someone, we need to know who we’re putting our name behind.
It’s not about a ‘ticket’ it’s about getting a job.
Some people want to be great at what they do..

It’s always the little things. 😂 You can learn how to operate the machine, complete your pre-starts and follow the procedures… Then spend five minutes wondering where you put your key. These are the small habits you pick up with experience. When I was operating on site, my keychain stayed on my belt for exactly this reason. Because learning to work on site isn't only about operating the machine. It's also about building the routines and habits that eventually become second nature.
You Got Your Ticket. So Why Aren’t You Getting Hired? 👀

When you put yourself out there, everyone suddenly has an opinion. And sometimes, you hear the same criticism so often that you start questioning yourself.
But stepping back and thinking rationally brings you back to the why.
Because at the end of the day, the work has a purpose: and that’s helping people. 🤍
Don’t let people behind a keyboard make you question the work you’re doing.
