Preston Beach

I haven't answered any recent posts about the house as we have an offer on it and I don't want to jinx it. Thanks to everyone who showed an interest. If all goes well, it will conclude the end of this month.

I do have somebody now staying in the house for a six month lease, so I'm pretty happy about that.

I have advertised this property for any Yarloop older people who may be wanting somewhere to live. I may have left the offer too late, as I have not heard back, but am looking for a long term person/couple at $200 per week. Hopefully i will get someone.

Lovely to have a previous guest at PB, ring up and want to go back again next week, as she had enjoyed it so much.
