Saving furniture from landfill one piece at a time!!

This was one of the first pieces I painted. It’s been white for about 6 years and lives in our games room. Due to storm damage we had to move everything out of the room so it seemed a good time to give it a makeover! We have a black and white theme in there so it seemed appropriate for it to change up and I absolutely love it- the pots really pop now!! 🖤

It’s cold and wet and very wintery here in Perth. We are still in the midst of renovations aswell as having storm damage that needed to be fixed, so I decided to keep myself busy and revamp an old writing bureau.
I had painted it once a few years ago but I was bored of it so it’s now decoupaged with an abundance of old English flowers and I love it. 🌸🌺🪻

A friend requested that I reupholster a large, old footstool to match new furnishings as a gift for her cousin. 💕

Hello everyone! I’m in the middle of house renovations so not much time or space to do a great deal but I have dismantled my spare bed, sanded it down and will start painting that today.
If any of you are crafting/ upcycling please share what you’re working on! 💕
