When the new scales arrived, they were just a fraction too snug for the original cutout. No drama: City Handyman® jumped in to enlarge the space, then sanded and sealed the cuts for a clean finish.

We also plugged a hole in the cabinetry to make sure those new scales sit perfectly balanced and ready for all that frozen yogurt goodness. ⚖️✅

A bit of Brighton maintenance for Eleven North Property Group! 🛠️🏠

Sometimes a door just decides to be difficult. City Handyman® swung by to sort out a couple of issues:

✅ Bedroom door: The striker plate needed a little attention. We removed some material so it now opens and latches perfectly every time.
✅ Back screen door: This one was catching on some lifted brickwork. We tightened up the hinge screws, cleared away the excess brick, and sealed it all up.

Problem solved! Everything's swinging smoothly again. 🚪

The door handles weren't operating like they should, so City Handyman® sourced and installed some fresh replacement latches. While we were at it, we gave all the other handles in the apartment a good tighten to make sure everything's solid.
