RODENTICIDE USE UPDATE 😃

We want to keep all our residential and commercial clients informed about important changes that affect how rodent treatments are carried out — especially when it comes to safety, compliance, and protecting pets and wildlife.

🚨 Important Update on Rodent Baiting (From 24 March 2026) 🚨

New Australia-wide rules have been introduced for certain rodenticides (second-generation baits).

Here’s what it means for you 👇

✅ These products are NOT banned and are still used by licensed professionals like us

⚠️ Stricter rules now apply to improve safety for pets and wildlife

What’s changing?

• Outdoor baiting must now be in locked, secure stations only

• Bait stations must be within 2 metres of buildings

• No baiting directly into burrows

• Treatments must be reviewed every 35 days

• Extra care is required to protect pets, children & wildlife

What this means for you:

👉 Services may be adjusted slightly to stay compliant

👉 We may recommend more frequent inspections instead of long-term baiting

👉 Your safety — and the environment — remains our priority

🛡️ Termite Trouble in the Garage! 🛡️
We were out on a job today tackling a nasty active termite infestation. These silent destroyers had found their way into a garage and were busy eating through the timber cabinets from the inside out! 🐜❌

To get the situation under control, our team performed a two-stage professional treatment:

1️⃣ Precision Injection: We used Termidor Foam directly into the affected cabinets. This non-repellent foam expands into every crack and gallery, ensuring the termites carry the treatment back to the colony.

2️⃣ Perimeter Protection: We injected Fipronil around the garage area to create a treated zone, stopping any more unwanted guests from moving in.

The Lesson? Termites don't just stay in the walls of your house—they love garages, sheds, and storage areas too!
