What a day at the Ironman event in Penrith! 🏊♂️🚴♂️🏃♂️
This wasn’t just a marathon for the athletes it was a marathon for us too!
We arrived at 10am and were hands-on until 4pm, providing recovery massages to over 220 Ironman athletes.
The line honestly never seemed to end… but neither did the energy! 💪
It was such an incredible experience to support these athletes after such a tough competition. Seeing the dedication, determination, and relief after finishing made it all worth it.
We’re so grateful we could be part of their recovery and add that extra bit of care after such a demanding race ❤️
