We love the natural beauty of this beautiful Tasmanian blackwood we used to build this coffee table, handmade and now available in our Etsy store.

We’ve got a new batch of tree stump side tables in the works! We cut these logs more than six months ago and have been drying them out so they don’t warp or crack. We take all the bark off with a chisel, clean them up with a wire brush and get them ready for sanding. We like to keep as much of the natural character as possible. Interested? Keep an eye out and we’ll try to get them finished and listed on our website before Christmas!

It’s a long weekend in Melbourne but the weather is average, we can’t go far and footy parties are off the cards for 2020. This set up seems pretty perfect to us.

This customer asked for a beautiful table that could double as a desk while she worked from home. We designed this solid hardwood table with a waterfall leg but hit a problem, it wouldn’t fit into their townhouse assembled! To make it a more versatile piece we kept the 45° join, but held it together with matte black steel screws so it can be dissembled and moved more easily. The other leg is our signature steel hoop also powder coated black.
