This one was designed by otg, shelf setout with plate fab, glazing pockets on shelves and in walls also the fixing and modular procedures. All electrical cable for lights had to be run from in the ceiling down my 21CHS into each shelf and aswell as data to both the bottom panels through hidden holes and slots. Mission accomplished!

Volume up- All custom doors and jambs glazed with narrow line fluted glass blasted and powdercoated in textured black. Installed by onsite supervisor Sci group & Fjs plastering for our George Street project.
We take pride in everything we do no matter what. Always aiming for perfection, should not be done any other way. When I hear feed back like this all the prepping, micro planning, punctuality and passion put into the work and people who appreciate the level of quality makes it why I love finessing architectural steel. Custom metal fit out for many joinery companies is something we have been doing for a long time now. Not everything get posted on socials although you can guarantee that some fancy forged item will hit out boiley tables.

I have abit of catching up to do with posting but this is one of our projects coming along nicely. Each tread is a 40shs frame made to pick up the 75shs riser. The initial cgi was just of a stair floating in mid air and ofcourse we had to fill in the rest with obviously the help of our engineer. For the stone to adhere with assurance we magdrilled, machined up some coupler nuts to fit the 40shs cavity, tig welded them and this was doweled into the stone.

3m Cubitron 36g is my weapon of choice for sculpting steel. It makes details like this with the grinder a walk in the park.
