FLASH LINE - MELBOURNE

We are excited to share that Indy and Anushka attended our toolbox meeting in Melbourne. The team was very excited that they got to meet the key persons of Flash Line.

Meeting was conducted by Anushka head of Finance/ HACCP Team leader & Angeesa (Angi) our Operations Manager Flash Line Melbourne and discussed how to be prepared for the exciting work during the Christmas period.

The meeting focused on OHS procedures and discussed the new customer requirements. With the overwhelming energy and excitement, the meeting was concluded with great hope of further growth.

FLASH LINE - SYDNEY

Here we go with another Toolbox meeting for the month of October, we have welcomed our off-site employee who will be now working at our Sydney Office. This meeting has presented a fantastic opportunity for us to explore the risk of specific health and safety issues and think about ways to deal with them.

Few things discussed

· Importance of Pre-start checks and the drivers are
obliged to complete it before the start of shift.

· Safety in customer premise or our own yard.

· Effective ways to stay hydrated in summer.

· New road rules.

· Communicating the issues to get them resolved.

· Respectful behavior at the workplace.

In this meeting, we have put all our experience together to provide the necessary guidance to the new employees for the summer months.

TOOLBOX MEETING JULY

Here we go with our first Toolbox talk for the Financial year 2019-20 conducted by our Finance Director/HACCP Team Leader Anushka Dasanayaka👷🏻‍♀️

We have briefly welcomed our new staff 🙋 and also discussed our progress, but the spotlight was on the safety concerns 🛑 and also Occupational Health and Saftey Standards. In this monthly meeting, employee concerns were addressed and we also discussed anomalies ⚠️ that occurred in the near past.

At Flash Line we’ve delivered yet another year of fresh produce and service initiatives across our fleet and network to make refrigerated transport better for our customers. Check out our stats for 2018!
