Our rustic towel racks are done. Made from reclaimed pallets, these rustic industrial style will add character to your lavatory.

When the new normal of lockdown os just stayin home then it is full speed ahead. Projects getting done like this table centrepiece, could also be made into a planter box. Wood salvage from an old broken small cabinet, I wanted to keep its original paint and just a little "poorman's" touches to it.

On the 2nd week of lockdown, chomping away on pending projects so to also empty space in the shop and get producta out. Currently making some towel racks and perhaps a wine rack.

It has been such a long, long time since I made my last project., had been venturing into different things and kinda put woodworking aside. Now Poorman's Shed is back and we are at it again making rustic creations reusing recycling used materials and giving them new purpose. Lately I have been asked to make something of a first, a step up mini stair, the lady who ordered saw my display stands I am selling and she inquired if it could be made into a step up stair, not backing out of the challenge we had it made and here it is.

Scored a chest today, what a beautiful piece, my mind is just racing with ideas on what to do with it but I must remain true to what Poorman's Shed is known for, simple and rustic. Anyone care to share some of their works? Would love to see a few, just post a comment below.

Let's get the ball running... Another project ticked! originally a cake stand because the paint on the stand was coming off so it was a throw away, I aquired it to repurpose it as a ot stand, using some of the off cut board laying arouns. And walah!!

Hello everyone, updates updates! Upcoming project, an unwanted island buffet table or butcher's table, too sad for it to go to waste, will be putting the Poorman's touch on it and it will look AMAZING!!! Will update you guys soon. For now, as always...sanding sanding sanding!

Starting on my next project, using off cuts from rhe previous job, no sanding, staining and coating. No dramas! rustic as it can be, the way we wanted it to be, stay tune...
