💡1 in 5 Australians experience a mental health condition each year, and unfortunately su***de remains the leading cause of death for Australians aged 15-44. For those in high pressure, physically demanding roles, having real conversation can make all the difference.

At AFRA, we encourage our members and teams to look out for each other – to ask, to listen, and to genuinely connect. A simple “R U OK?” could be the first step in helping a mate feel supported and less alone.

Day 1 of the 2025 AFRA Conference was off to an incredible start! We were inspired by powerhouse speakers Catherine Molloy, Molly Taylor, Michael McQueen, and Scott Barklamb, diving into insights, innovation and industry trends.
