LSW Group maintains a general Engineering facility in Yenorra and an advanced specialist facility in Bankstown with one of the largest commercial vacuum furnace in the region with a load capacity of 1.6 tonne and work zone of approx. 1m x 1m x 1.23 metres deep. Combined with our Fluidised Beds, Induction Furnace, Salt Bath and Conventional Furnaces

With over 60 years of experience servicing Australian and international industries offering specialist services including, CNC machining, CNC turning, Repetition Engineering (Short and long runs), Precision surface grinding/Blade Sahrpening, Cylindrical Grinding, Honing and Boring, Heat Treatment, Water Jet Cutting and EDM wire cutting. Our Unanderra plant has serviced the needs of BlueScope Steel and many of the local engineering companies continuously for over 60 years. It specialises in the manufacture and repair of heat treated tool steel blades and wear parts. Its large capacity grinders and CNC machines ensure all manufacturing is done in house. Precision parts machined at Unanderra are sent Australia wide and overseas. We have recently commenced in association with other local suppliers machining parts for the use in automotive racing which are being shipped worldwide. Machine Knives & Saws

Machine Knives & Saws With special interest in product lines for the Knives and Saws needed in the timber industry, LSW Group also carry industrial machine knives for the printing, paper, packaging, and processing industries. Our range of precision-made industrial machine knives and cutting tools come in all types including circular and straight geometric shapes, bandsaws and circular blades, all with a full range of tooth sizes and manufactured to Australian specifications, making us approved suppliers to industry and all areas of the construction trade.
