I require an offsider who has good physical fitness and excellent overall body strength as this is physically demanding work, you should speak well and be well presented. Ideally I would prefer someone who lives in the South Sydney area. Casual hours, generally between 30-40 hours per week over 6 days Monday-Saturday. Age and experience are not really a factor but you must fit the physical criteria, be reliable, hard-working and honest. Start within the next two weeks.
