Install Day Part 1 - Custom frame going in 🔥

The team were onsite for the first stage of this oversized arched entry installation, carefully positioning the custom frame ready for the next steps.

An entry unit of this size takes serious planning, manpower and precision to get into place.

The 150kg door panel is still to be installed into the arch frame, with onsite glazing still to come.

Custom oversized timber entry - No problems!

Our team has been working behind the scenes on this oversized custom timber arched entry unit. Measuring an impressive 4.8m high and just over 3m wide.

From detailed joinery to curved framing, priming and finishing - every stage takes precision, planning and plenty of hands-on craftsmanship.

This is only the beginning of what will become a huge statement entry.

Shaped by wind, salt air and a deep connection to place

For this modern coastal home at Culburra Beach, the owners envisioned a retreat that felt protective, creative and quietly connected to its rugged surrounds. Working alongside an incredible team, we were proud to supply windows and doors designed to perform in one of the South Coast’s most demanding environments — without compromising warmth, light or beauty.

Set on a windswept, high BAL-FZ site, every opening needed to do more than frame the view. Fire-rated windows, full-height glazing and integrated protection were carefully selected to shield the home from the elements, while still allowing it to breathe, glow with natural light and feel grounded in its landscape.

Inside, the result is calm, cocooning and creative — exactly what the owners hoped for.

And knowing they truly love the home and enjoy living there? That’s always the most rewarding outcome.
