The Gap, located on the South Head peninsula in eastern Sydney, New South Wales, is a well known place for su***des in Australia. It is estimated that 50 people take their lives here every year.
Research shows blocking/monitoring the means of su***de hot-spots such as cliffs reduces the number of deaths by 90%.
ECS Services was contracted by Woollahra Council to upgrade their CCTV system to 38 cameras which gives Rose Bay police station live coverage to monitor and record activity.
This strategy was announced by Malcom Turnbull in July to aid the Self Harm Minimisation System.

Our recently completed Australian Embassy project located in Jakarta has just been awarded for the Best Government Development and Best Landscape Architectural Design at the Indonesia Property Awards 2016.
The complex landmarks Australia’s most successful project undertaken by DFAT outside of Australia, the largest diplomatic post in the world, but also ECS’s largest international project to date.
The team is honoured to have played such a pivotal role in assisting the Australian Government in making the new Australian Embassy a safe and secure environment for consular staff, tourists and visiting government dignitaries.
