Nick was our very first Apprentice Carpenter at HRJ and this week he has completed his Apprenticeship! What first class Carpenter he has evolved into.

Nick is punctual, hard working and his knowledge of the trade is second to none. We appreciate his ability to dig his teeth into any job he takes on. Whether it’s digging or setting out 3 flights of stairs with winders, he does it with determination and most importantly a gigantic smile.

HRJ Carpentry & Building is on the hunt for a 1st-4th Year Carpenter Apprentice to join our growing team. Our work covers all aspects of Carpentry and is a great place to learn and develop your carpentry skills.

We are seeking someone with the following attributes:

• Can work independently given direction as well as in a team
• Can show initiative and is keen to learn the trade
• Someone who is eager to work in all areas of Carpentry
• Has their own ute/van with basic tools
• Someone who is looking to grow with a team
• Has keen eye for detail
• Enjoys a challenge
