I’m super proud of this little bartender training programme. It’s been awesome to do laps of this fine nation, feel the reactions, learn emotions and being positioned to share my core passions with the attendees has been truly moving. Hopefully we can do it again in ‘26. Make people feel seen + served + special. Everything else is noise.
