The Upholsterator

The upholsterator is offline for the next 6 weeks due to back surgery.

Finally got myself a leather skiving machine. This will make leather upholstery so much neater. Bought the head and mounted it on an old sewing machine table using the motor from my Chinese walking foot sewing machine which now runs a servomotor.

Sometimes it's more efficient to take the workshop to the job than the job to the workshop.

Reopening is now postponed indefinitely. Location unknown.

Hi all. Still struggling with family circumstances.
Still no workspace.
Looks like reopening will not happen until mid next year (2022) in the lower Blue Mountains.

Regretfully announcing a temporary but extended closure due to family circumstances.
I will post the time an location of the bland reopening when it's confirmed.
