Just over 12 weeks to remediate and restore nine balconies from top to bottom. A lot of care went into getting it right, and we're proud to have handed it back looking this good.

Tight apartment spaces mean every move has to be planned. Access is limited, neighbours are close, and there’s no room for guesswork.
On top of that, we are managing strata, compliance, building codes, and keeping every party in the block happy along the way.
