I love to see the comparison between the temp reading in the sun and in the shade....no go today though, this one is hanging on the wooden post outside one of our staff quarters and it has maxed out at 50 so we don't know how hot it is in the sun. Currently sitting at 45 in the shade of the verandah. Great little exercise for the kids math skills having plenty of thermometers around for them to read!
