We'll give you plenty of notice once your home's ready to go, so you've got time to check two things: the area needs to be level, and it needs to be accessible, no overhanging branches, and a driveway wide enough for delivery.

Wondering how payment actually works once you commit to a build?

Once your 20% deposit is in and the contract's signed, your home gets scheduled into the workshop. From there, payments are spread evenly across four stages: base trailer, frame, lockup, and completion.

Anything extra, like customisation or delivery, gets paid separately once you've confirmed your selections.

No surprises, just a clear path from deposit to delivery.

This is one of our longer builds, proof that going tiny doesn't mean giving up space to actually live in. More room for the loft, the kitchen, the day-to-day, without losing what makes a tiny home feel like one.
