Our latest project for Omni Homes has just handed over and it’s come up a treat 👌

Here are some before and after pics of a kitchen we recently completed at Ormeau Hills for return clients of ours.

This kitchen has so much detail added in to it from the design aspect - each cabinet is set between finished panels creating a border which continues around to create a handle at the top of each base door/drawer and the overhead doors are all push to open. The layout worked out to maximise the best flow possible from lining the sink up with the cooktop to DW and bin locations etc - all adding to the natural flow of the kitchen and how it’s used

The natural stone “Pink Patagonia” benchtops and splashback is complemented perfectly with polytec Florentine Walnut used thru out with a touch of Laminex Australia’s Macedon Mist used on the island back and bar joinery inside the butlers pantry

The Florentine Walnut wall panelling really sets this space off, turning what would’ve been a plain painted wall hiding the butlers pantry into a nice continuation of the kitchen cabinetry, we even laminated the cavity slider door to match

An absolute cracking result, adding positive value to this property and we look forward to seeing the rest of the house reno once completed, especially when the new flooring is laid (AI pic below depicting an image of what this will look like)

We were contacted by this client at Chapel Hill and she was after a solution to hide her laundry tub and machines but we had to work in with the existing layout - and she’s very happy with the outcome 👌

She also wanted a new bar added in with LED lighting, stone bench and splash to fill in an existing niche where they currently just had a bar fridge - this turned out awesome as well 👏

We finished up this kitchen last week at Birkdale, before and after pics below

The original kitchen was well due for a renovation and it’s come up a treat. The foot print was kept much the same but we tweaked the layout and design to make it more functional and flow better

We added more drawers to the island, a pull out bin to the left of the sink, centred the sink closer to the centre of window, raised the overheads up to the ceiling and made the RH end pantry wall cabinetry more streamlined - adding a tambor roller door to hide the appliances and 3 drawer/2 door pantry.

20mm YDL Starburst stone thru out, painted glass splashback and Polytec’s Blossom White Woodmatt fronts all coming together nicely for a fresh crisp look.

New flooring and painting to happen at a later date, looking forward to seeing the finished product once it’s all done 👏

Another project for Omni Homes that was handed over a few months back at Manly West

This kitchen looked unreal with the curved stone benchtop and curved half dowel feature panelling to the back side of the island

Throw in the curved feature storage unit as well which came up an absolute treat 👏

This laundry was completed a few months ago at Cleveland for return clients from a kitchen we did for them mid last year

They went with the same timeless and classic finishes as the kitchen - 2 pac shaker doors (20mm borders) thru out and a barn style trough laundry tub. With LED lighting above the tub and space for inside hanging above the benchtop - this laundry is all class and makes perfect use of the room with a great design/layout and functionality

Unfortunately I’ve lost the before pics for this one but the sink was originally in the left hand corner so we had to get a bit clever on how we made the plumbing waste work being run in behind the washer and dryer to get to the new tub location but could only increase the depth of the benchtop as far as the architrave around a built in linen closet at the right hand end of the room - but we made it work

Painting was taken care of by our clients after handover

It’s always great to get return work from clients knowing they are still happy with your work years down the track and trust your company to get the results again next time round

We finished this laundry overhead installed last week in Rochedale Estates

The laundry just had the existing base cabinets and benchtop with splash but our clients were chasing some additional storage to make better use of the space

The existing door colour has been discontinued so our clients decided to go with a lighter contrast up top - great choice - this helps to make a shallow room feel bigger

The overheads were done in Polytec’s Classic White Sheen Finish, with push to open doors and an open shelf unit underneath with access at the left hand end to run power down to the GPO in the splashback for charging phones. The right side open shelf over head also has a hanging rod underneath for those times you only need to hang up a few items to dry inside

This was another word of mouth referral within Rochedale Estates where we have done plenty of similar work over the last few years

This is another job we did for Omni Homes that recently handed over

This client engaged us directly after handover to install some custom designed robes thru out the house as well

Colours used are Laminex Australia “Sublime Teak Natural finish” and “Black Natural Finish”

A great result all round 👏
