A pre-built, ready made item that fell well within budget! Shot Kustom Kennels a message via Facebook and was responded to very quickly. Further responses were quick and told me exactly what I needed to know. I was able to bring in one of my dogs to make sure they fit as the sizing was borderline to what I thought I needed. Thankfully it was a perfect fit! It was meant to be!! Paid my money and again, communication was great, with the delivery scheduled for 2 working days later. The driver confirmed his ETA half an hour before which was great. Product arrive safely packaged and in showroom condition. The delivery guy was polite and helpful with placement within the home.
