A couple of jobs from the backend of last year we got to see near complete today 👀

Here are some before and after a of our first deck as a crew, to say I’m proud of how it come up would be an understatement, extremely happy client and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result our self 😍

We hit the ground running for our first week back. Good work boys 👌😏👌😏

Our biggest week by a country mile. Great work boys, off rough working outs there is a minimum of 50 cabinets not pictured but installed, unreal effort by all 🥵

Hiring my old man to work with Zach and I was always something I was worried about as most of you could imagine it would be difficult working with someone you live with. But I tell you what it’s been a great decision by us too bring him on board. For someone who has only been doing it for the time he has, he is killing it. On top of being a great worker, he is the only bloke we know who wants “ ideas money “ for each of what he thinks are good ideas. Since coming on board he has self appointed him self as 25 different things, he is somehow 2ic, OH&S manager, the best cabinet maker out of all of us, apprentice coordinator ( we don’t even have a full time apprentice yet ) and that’s just the start of his imaginary roles he is filling! In all seriousness tho big fella you’re killing it. Keep it up and you might win worker of the month over Zach one day 😂😂

M&F construction are on the hunt for an apprentice cabinet maker. Preferably a 2-3 year with installing experience. A first year will be looked at if it comes too it. It’s the busy time of the year and we have plenty of work in the pipeline for the rest of this year and next!

Things you will need
- drivers licence
- basic tools
- some experience installing
- white card
- common sense and initiative.

We are a fun crew to work with based out of Pointcook but we travel all over Melbourne for work. To suit this job a care factor for what you do is well and truely needed. We hold our work to a high standard and really do care about what we do.
