Renata HR recently concluded the ‘Level Up: Growing as a Manager’ program, a two-day, focused development initiative for the newly promoted 40+ DSMs from the Sales Pharma Division across the country. Held in April 2026, the program was designed to strengthen the core skills needed to lead teams effectively.

It was a multi-faceted learning experience, with active involvement from cross-functional stakeholders, the sessions were practical, engaging and impactful. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to continuous development and building a strong, capable sales force ready to succeed in a competitive market.

The Ignite interns recently had an insight-sharing session with the vibrant Talent Acquisition team, led by Md. Kamran Hossain Shujon, Ruhama Ishma Ahmed and Shaila Jamil. Held midway through their internship tenure, the session gave them the chance to connect with one another, reflect on their journey so far, and learn from shared experiences at Renata PLC through engaging discussions and fun activities. On April 12, 2026, the 27th Pain Congress, organized by the Bangladesh Society for Study of Pain (BSSP), brought together some of the country’s most respected physicians and healthcare leaders at InterContinental, Dhaka.

Renata PLC was privileged to serve as the scientific partner for this important platform—facilitating meaningful discussions on pain management, research collaboration, and the advancement of patient care in Bangladesh.

The occasion was graced by the esteemed presence of Prof. AKM Akhtaruzzaman, President of the South Asian Regional Pain Society and Secretary of BSSP.

A key highlight was an address by our Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Tanbir Sajib, FCIM, who spoke on Renata’s collaboration with BSSP in advancing academic exchange, research, and healthcare innovation.

An accomplished group of representatives from Renata PLC’s Marketing and Sales Departments were also in attendance, whose active participation contributed significantly to the overall success of the congress.

We are deeply sad to share the news that our colleague Mr. Md. Solaiman, Junior Officer, who had been working in Distribution Operations Department at Brahmaputra Depot, has passed away on April 11, 2026 after battling with cancer. Inna Lillahi Wa Inna llaihi Raji'un. He was 34 years old.

Mr. Solaiman joined Renata in July 2017 and served the company for more than 8 years. Let us all pray for the eternal repose of the departed soul and for the bereaved family, may they find the strength to carry on in their time of sorrow.
