Job Context
LSE Furniture & Décor is looking for someone who is skilled in bridge work
Job Responsibilities
• Must be highly proficient in bridge work and complete projects independently.
• Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design as well as Management decisions.
• Provide support to management in tracking project progress, monitoring & controlling, and timely completion of projects assigned by the company.
• Shall have good knowledge of layout plans, estimation & manpower handling.
• Good skills in Construction (bridge work) projects related to products.
• Supervised various Construction & Interior projects, and quality control plans.
• Assist management in organizing project coordinating meetings, track and monitor project progress, find out variances of deadlines, and root causes of variances, and report findings.
• Checking designs, drawings, calculations, technical descriptions, specifications, and civil engineering works price quotations submitted by the vendors with the market rate and helping the project team to decide on a justified price, also measuring the actual quantity of civil works completed by the suppliers/ vendors and determining the actual works completed.
• Of course, if there is a project outside Dhaka, there should be a willingness to work from there or by commuting.

Job Responsibilities
- Excellent/Good skills with 3D Studio Max, V-ray, After Effect with an aptitude for learning
other 2D/3D art packages quickly.
- Strong understanding of form composition colour and light in environments and
architecture.
- Capable of preparing Details Measurement, Working Drawing, Interior Designing &
Detailing of Layout plans, Sketch Up, Sections, Elevations, AutoCAD presentation
(Drafting), 2D preparation, 3D visualization as per requirements of the Project.
- Knowledge of drawing submission to different authorities for approval.
- Keeping a record of Project properly.
- Prepare BOQ & Specification as per design-drawing.
- Giving assistance & co-ordination with the Client, Project Supervisor, Engineer &
concerned person.
- Maintain correspondence with Vendor& #39;s Firm.
- Maintain communication with Corporate Clients. Moreover meeting with clients to
determine objectives and requirements for structures
- Have a general understanding of Aesthetics & Design.
- Excellent knowledge on Interior Materials.
- Follow up the project ex*****on regular basis. (Visit work-sites to ensure that construction
adheres to architectural plans)
- Dealing with problems that might come up during building.
- Prepare structure specifications
- Other responsibilities to be assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) & Diploma Architect.( Must be a diploma holder )
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s) (Must have real work experience in any interior firm.)
