খেলত পাখি সোনালী খাঁচায়,
বলত কত কি আমায়, বসে রুপালী আড়ায়
সফটিকের বাটী ভরে খাবার দিতাম থরে থরে

জংলা পাখি করলো সর্বনাশ
এখন শুধু হাই হুতাস কোথায় করি তার তালাশ
কে এমন দরদী আছে, বলে দিবে আমার কাছে
পাখি এবার গেছে কোন বনে ।।

আগে যদি জানতাম পাখির মন
যে করবে এমন দিতাম না এ-মন
বনের পাখি বনে গেলো আমার বুকে দিয়ে বিষম শেল
আর কি ফিরে পাবো জীবনে ।।

পাখির মায়ায় পড়ে কত লোক
পেল আমার মত শোক, সদা জল ভরা দুই চোখ
অসীম গগণের পাখি, তারে আপন বলে কেন ডাকি

16 factors of success that are more important than intelligence

1. Passion

When your heart beats for a certain cause, you’re undefeatable. Passion is a guarantee that you’ll still persevere when things get tough and that as long as it takes to be successful.

2. Authenticity

Don’t waste your time maintaining an image of yourself that the people around you like but that’s not who you are. It will cost you too much energy in the long run that you actually need for your success. Just be yourself and make the most of your strengths – that’s convincing.
