The Charlie Chair was designed with children in mind from the very first detail, including the little cutout in the back that makes it easy to lift, move and take wherever the day goes. Light enough for a child to carry, sturdy enough for everything that follows.

Every curve was considered, every proportion adjusted to the dimensions of small hands and small bodies. The seat is generous enough to curl up in, the feet wide enough that it barely tips, and the backrest just right for a child who is still figuring out how to sit still.

And the speckled texture is not only for decoration, it is the story of what the chair is made from. Recycled plastic toys, sorted by colour, melted down and remade into something a child will grow up alongside. No two chairs come out exactly the same and that is exactly the whole point. Elevating your kid’s interior with wabi-sabi (侘寂).

Marine Tables as bedside tables are just so beautiful. Good design doesn't stay in one room. ’s bedroom styling is proof of that.

There is something quietly meditative about placing two asymmetric forms together, the way they relate to each other, the space between them, the composition that emerges in limitless ways. A little wabi-sabi (侘寂), a little Ma (間). Beauty found in the meaningful gap or “negative space” between things.

The Charlie Chair was designed with children in mind from the very beginning.

From the curves, the proportions to the wide steady feet. But also the texture, that speckled surface that catches the light differently depending on where you stand. Each one is unique, because the recycled plastic it's made from never comes out exactly the same way twice.

Paired here with the Marine Table in Faded-White, a combination you might not see coming, but that's exactly why we love it. It takes a good eye, and has one.

The Marine Table was designed as a versatile furniture piece, put a couple of Charlie Chairs around it and the whole thing comes alive. A unique kind of setup. One that grows with the space quietly and elegantly.
