Vela Table Lamp, 2026
Commissioned by St. Agni for Material Dialogue.

Created in dialogue with St. Agni’s ‘Silk Organza Bralette’ from their Resort 27 collection, Vela explores the relationship between material, structure and light.

Translucent silk organza and exposed overlock stitching carry the construction of the garment into the lamp’s illuminated shade. The fabric gently diffuses the light, revealing its delicate texture and the structure beneath.

At its base, sculptural sand-cast aluminium introduces weight and permanence, contrasting with the lightness and transparency of the silk.

The result is a quiet conversation between opposing materials: softness and solidity, fragility and permanence, translating the language of fashion into a functional sculptural object.

Material Dialogue
A gallery presentation by St. Agni

A contemporary exhibition exploring the enduring relationship between fashion and art.

Created to mark the launch of St. Agni Resort 27 collection, the exhibition brings together ten artists, each invited to respond to a single garment, accessory or piece of footwear as the starting point for an original work in their chosen medium.

Forma Lounge Chair

Gloss Black Lacquer on American Oak, upholstered using recycled leather offcuts.

Forma draws inspiration from the experimental language of Italian Radical Design of the late 1960s and ’70s, exploring bold geometry, architectural form and the contrast between rigid structure and soft upholstery.

Frame Collection in Aluminium

Presented at Alcova during Milan Design Week, the Frame Collection was exhibited within Villa Bagatti Valsecchi, a 19th-century villa on the outskirts of Milan. Known for transforming forgotten and historic spaces into immersive design destinations, Alcova provided a striking backdrop for the collection, where contemporary furniture was placed in dialogue with centuries of architectural history.

Crafted from aluminium, the Frame Collection explores simplicity, proportion and permanence. Defined by clean geometry and a restrained material palette, each piece celebrates the inherent character of aluminium, allowing its texture and subtle imperfections to become part of the design.
