The Ministry Of Industry and Commerce Visits Intercol

Venue : Intercol’s Gulf Warehousing and Distribution Centre, Mina Salman, Kingdom of Bahrain

H.E. Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro - The Minister of Industry and Commerce in Bahrain and his delegation visited the warehouse and storage facilities of International Agencies Co. Ltd. (Intercol). They were welcomed by Mr. Abdul Rahman Al Wazzan – Director of Intercol, Mr. Ali Al Wazzan and Hassan Al Wazzan – Deputy Directors of Intercol, Ibrahim Hijazi – Nestle General Manager, Sampath Jayasekare – Head of Sales of Intercol’s Consumer Products Divisions, Zishan Beg – Sales and Marketing Manager of Gulf Warehousing and Distribution Centre of Intercol and other members of senior management.

During the visit, the Minister and Intercol’s leadership mutually expressed their solidarity in working together to maintain and improve food security and safety across the Kingdom. They stressed the important role of warehouses during the current political climate in the region, more specifically Intercol’s capabilities in efficient, robust, secure and quality-driven storage facilities and warehousing services, which the Minister lauded. This was a golden opportunity for Intercol to show the Kingdom that it is a crucial driving force in providing world-class warehousing and storage solutions to all forms of industry and commerce within Bahrain and beyond.
