This is a custom bed we had built for a client a few weeks back. For a bed that looks so simple, there was a surprising amount of work required to give it the right minimalist look while still being strong enough to support the king size mattress. It was built with solid beech stained with a light whitewash and finished with a hand rubbed oil finish.

Well it is that time of year again and around here, we have been making some of these adorable Christmas tree decorations. It is something that our eldest son has been able to take on, do the majority of the work and try his hand at becoming an entrepreneur. If anyone is interested in some, they are $30 each or 2 for $50. Pickup is in Abbotsford but delivery could be arranged to the outlying areas. 22 inches tall, 12 inches wide.

Sometimes you find a hidden treasure like this set and know you have buy it to bring it back to life. Mid-century modern design is my absolute favorite for color and construction, and this piece is an excellent example. Real wood construction, unique curved drawers, and brass hardware all jumped out in this one of a kind set. We kept the beautiful veneer wood drawers with a fresh coat of lacquer and a classic mid mod green for the cabinet to make this dresser a beautiful focal point for your bedroom. The accompanied dresser and mirror set will get its own refresh over the next few weeks and will be ready to deliver by mid-November (local delivery to the Greater Vancouver, BC area only. Shipping is possible at an extra cost)

Our latest custom table was delivered today, with our signature heritage distressed top. It was built using white oak, with a natural finish. This was the first table we have built with the mortise and tenon base, which allows the table to come apart with ease if it ever needs to be moved. More than enough seating for this family of seven.

We were commissioned to create this door for a vet clinic we had worked on a couple of years ago. This door is just what they were looking for to keep their furry clients where they need to be while keeping the overall space nice and open.

Another beautiful table has gone out today to some wonderful repeat customers. This table is a compact 5' x 3' with a handscraped finish for that perfect rustic look. Built from Eastern pine and finished in one of our exclusive stains, this table will be the centerpiece of many family memories to come.
