All of our pieces are custom designed and handcrafted to meet the highest standards possible. We work alongside designers, architects, homeowners, and contractors to create heirloom quality pieces that go beyond functionality.

Project Reveal- On this latest Project we are showcasing the warmth and beauty of cherry and the classic simple lines of the shaker style doors and trim.

New Project Reveal. This beautiful dining room cabinetry is perfect for entertaining guests and adds some much needed storage to the space. We included several custom design features from solid maple mitered doors, detailed rope crown moulding, custom beaded center panel and furniture style base trim.

Form meets function in this newly renovated space.

We completely re-designed the layout of this mudroom. The old space was cramped and included a narrow hallway with a traditional closet opening. We had the walls and closet removed to open up the space and created this gorgeous cabinetry to provide built in seating as well as shoe and closet storage. This space is now inviting, spacious and completely functional.

This custom piece is part of our recent kitchen/dining room remodel project. We added shaker style side panels and multiple levels of trim to create this beautiful built-in furniture look. The shelves and bench seats are made from cherry and add a warmth and richness to the painted cabinetry.

We created this one of a kind island with custom curved columns and base which provides a very unique furniture style design. Each element was handmade in our shop to create a very highend focal point for this brand new kitchen remodel. The overall piece brings a touch of warmth and sophistication to the space.

Nova Woodworks is a well established custom cabinetry manufacturer in Amherstburg, Ontario specializing in highend kitchens, vanities, fine furniture and architectural millwork for residential and commercial sectors. We are currently looking to fill the position of cabinet maker.

Job Responsibility / Requirements

● Able to operate woodworking machinery; competent with hand and power tools
● Experience in all aspects of cabinet making
● Willing to learn our specific techniques and procedures in regards to custom cabinet design and manufacturing
● Cut and assemble cabinet components
● Installation of finished cabinetry and mouldings

Skills

● Experience in the woodworking or cabinet making field is essential
● Able to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
● High Attention to detail and quality conscious
● Creative problem solver
● Reliable
● Time management
