Just a reminder that I will be out of the shop from June 28th until July 4th for a camping trip with my daughters.

When I get back I will be finishing this order and getting it delivered. After that order I have to work on a big and detailed order for a customer named Samantha! I’ve dedicated the month of July to completing that order! 😊

Delivery to Napanee went beautifully today for this 11ft table and matching bench! 🥰

Good morning y’all!

So a few things have changed in my life and this will be for the better! 😊

First off, since September I have been working 6 days a week and it was tiring. I didn’t have time to do anything else including finding the time or energy to work in the shop! Now I’ve taken a new shift at work that has me working 3-12 hour midnight shifts. I start Thursday night at 7:00pm and I get done at 7:00am Sunday morning. I’ll sleep a few hours and get up to enjoy the day with my daughters. Sunday is our time! 🥰 That means I have all day Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and a few hours on Thursday to work in the shop to get orders done!

Now the second part of this, I have moved shops! I now rent a big shop approx 2 minutes north of Belleville Walmart right off Highway 62. This gives me a lot more room to build and if needed I can work on 2 orders at once since I have the extra room. The best part? I actually have to leave the house (old shop was my garage beside my house) to go to work which feels great and makes it a little more rewarding to build your custom rustic furniture!

Lastly, I used to have a program before COVID called “A better night’s sleep” which put bed frames (twin or double) or dressers (4 drawer) into households that the parents can’t afford to get their kids much needed furniture. I am wanting to bring that program back but the businesses I used as a sponsor, two of them closed their doors. If there are any businesses out there that would like to donate for materials once the program is back up and going, please reach out to me!
