We just finished off these last 2 commercial bathroom renovations.

Our scope was fabricating and Installing the new laminate countertops, adding 2 small storage cabinets with tops, painting all the bathroom partitions with a dark gray semi gloss automotive finish and then reinstalling them.

Some photos of a recent kitchen upgrade we've been working on.

We added all the oak accent bookcases and the new crown moulding. It's red oak with an ultra matte finish.

We'll do a post at a later time with before and after photos.

We did the preliminary installation today on some cabinets. Now we can get the quartz templated. Once that's done, I will go back to install the drawer fronts and modify the drawers for plumbing hookups.

We finished the first phase of these commercial bathrooms.

Throwback to a kitchen I painted 2 years ago. Original cabinets and doors were the classic golden oak with raised panel doors.

The finished kitchen kept the same cabinets, layout and doors. But everything was painted with a beautiful glazed finish that highlights the wood grain and the raised panel. Then, all doors and drawer boxes were upgraded to soft close hinges and slides. This is a great way to reuse your existing kitchen and modernise it to be more enjoyable to use.

We started with a dated golden maple stained kitchen. Replaced the island with a simpler 6 drawer 48" island. We then spray stained all the cabinets and doors with a dark brown toner to bring the color to a chocolate brown maple.

installed some new quartz countertops with beautiful light tan veining to complement the new color.

We are just waiting on the backsplash for the final kitchen pictures.

Today's project was darkening some existing kitchen doors.

The original color is an aged yellowish brown. We wanted a darker brown without the yellow undertones. So we sprayed a brown toner and added just a couple drops of green dye to offset the yellow. As you see the final product is a cleaner brown. It will freshen up the kitchen. Stay tuned for more pictures of the kitchen.

Throwback to one of my favorite laundry room renovations as of yet. I enjoy doing work for clients who add a splash of color to their spaces.

On this one, we have the bright orange door, combined with the deep naval blue on the laundry section, complemented by light green floating shelves. The natural wood countertop keeps it grounded. And then the geometric wallpaper ties all the colors together.
