There are some sets of sequence-cut slabs from Maple & Black Walnut.
Interesting bits like fire-charred cedar slabs, barnwood, burl, etc.

Recently finished our LAST project, a custom countertop crafted from salvaged beetle-killed ponderosa pine
Clegg Woodcrafts is now closing down our shop and simplifying life a little.
Keep any eye open for a "garage sale" style "wood sale" soon. We will be liquidating a lot of our excess wood stock and will post details here later.
It's been a great run! Thanks everyone for supporting environmentally conscious woodwork.

A birthday card for 🇨🇦 made from maple 🍁 salvaged in Chilliwack (unceded Sto:lo territory). This piece helps me reflect on the trees that are older than Canada is young and of the First Nations that were their stewards long before Canada was conceived.

A unique recent project with Eclipse Awards.
Back in early spring we made these custom bookends with Project Bookmark Canada for a gift and to celebrate the founder, Miranda Hill.
Each bookend is from the same slab of wood salvaged from the Fraser Valley. The grain and the live bark edges line up.They are laser engraved and finished with a natural tung oil.
Between these beautifully handcrafted bookends is the first decade of bookmarked books on the CanLit Trail. http://ow.ly/Wld430cDhBo
