This is one of the challenges we see most often: exhibitors who want to showcase everything in their booth.
And we get it. You’re proud of your products, and you want to make the most of every opportunity to put them in front of potential customers. But at a trade show, where attendees are already surrounded by countless products, displays and messages, more isn’t always better.
Think strategically. Here are a few criteria to help you decide which products deserve the spotlight and which ones can take a back seat.
Need help making the right choices? Talk to our team of exhibit professionals. We’d be happy to help you create a booth that gets the right products noticed.

A small booth doesn’t have to mean a small impact!
If you’re working with limited space but have a lot to communicate, it’s easy to overcrowd your booth with messages, graphics, and displays. Instead, start with one clear objective. What is the single most important thing you want visitors to remember? Once you have that answer, everything else becomes easier to prioritize.
A focused booth is easier to navigate, more visually appealing, and far more memorable.

Some projects go beyond the work itself.
We were honoured to supply the display system for Stolen Childhoods: a travelling exhibition by the Survivors' Secretariat and Know History Inc., documenting the experiences of children who passed through the Mohawk Institute Residential School.
22 panels. Mila-Wall modular system. Full installation support, from warehouse to venue.
But above all: a story that deserves to be seen, heard, and remembered. Thank you to Survivors' Secretariat and Know History for trusting us to be part of this.

Most exhibition walls are designed to stay put, Mila-Wall was designed to move with you.
Meet Mila-Wall, freestanding panels built on a patented self-locking system that lets you configure, reconfigure, and reuse without ever compromising the look.
No visible hardware.
No grid dependency.
No two setups have to look the same.
Series 100, 160, and 840, each built for a different project, budget, and space. All built to last.
Because the best design doesn't just look permanent.
It's built to be moved.
